ARRIVAL PLANNING
From Kigali to the trek
Kigali is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours from Five Volcanoes by road. We recommend arriving the day before your trek, as the official briefing does not allow a same-morning departure from Kigali. From the lodge, the park headquarters in Kinigi is only about 15 minutes away, so your trek day starts calm and close.
